TERMS OF USE
Babe Inc. sells products through our distributors or verified accounts on our website, in which a valid cosmetology license is required. If you would like to offer Babe products in your salon, please contact your local distributor.
Our handcrafted hair has a warranty against defects, imperfections, and craftsmanship. If you have a concern with the product prior to installation, please contact your local distributor or our customer service team if purchased directly from the website. Once the hair has been installed or altered, we will no longer accept returns for any reason.
It is the responsibility of the licensed cosmetologist to ensure complete customer satisfaction to the client/end-user in relationship to all Babe products. This would include but is not limited to, the consultation, installation, selection of product, and any advice or counsel given regarding said product.
In an effort to support licensed cosmetologists, each package of our hair extensions contains a signature release and care acknowledgment card. This acknowledgment card allows the client to accept all responsibility for proper after-care maintenance and releases the stylist of any liability for damage to the hair after proper installation.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
BABE HAIR LIMITED WARRANTY
Babe Ventures OpCo, LLC, maker of Babe Hair-brand products (“Babe Hair”) warrants that its products (“Products”) will be free from defects for 30 days from the date of purchase. This limited warranty applies only to Products that were purchased from Babe Hair or a Babe Hair authorized retailer unless otherwise prohibited by law. Babe Hair Products are legitimately sold only by authorized sellers who are required to follow Babe Hair’s policies, procedures, and quality control standards.
Babe Hair reserves the right to reject warranty claims for Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including Products purchased from unauthorized Internet sites and Internet sellers.
This limited warranty does not cover any defects due to normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, alteration to the product, or negligence.
If the product is found to be defective Babe Inc. will then replace the defective product that is covered by this limited warranty and ship it to the purchaser at Babe Inc.’s expense. There are no warranties that extend beyond those stated herein. Any implied warranties that may be applicable to products, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Under no circumstances shall Babe Inc. be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages based upon breach of, limited warranty, breach of contract, or strict liability. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
Buyers of products who wish to make a warranty claim based upon a product defect should first complete our Extending Help Form to be contacted by an Extending Help Specialist.

Babe Inc. does not endorse the resale of its products on internet retail sites and cannot be held responsible for goods purchased from these sites.
Babe Inc. will not be held responsible for any damages caused to the client’s hair during and/or after the application process. All stylists and consumers agree to use Babe Inc. products at their own risk. We may take legal action, if necessary, against any individuals or entities using the Babe name, logos, or script taken from its websites or promotional material.
